    looks like crap

  2. Drew says:

The Royals did a similar small change earlier this decade and no one noticed it. In fact, the local TV station still uses to the old logo.

The only diffrnece is the baseball & stripes are in bold & the Dodgers is a bit lighter.

Classic “if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it” approach to logo changes. Make minor tweaks, tighten it up, make better. Take notes, Jeff Loria.

The team might not be so hot right now (except for Kershaw and Kemp), but at least they’re consistent with their logos and uniforms. K.I.S.S.!

  9. CubsFanInNJ says:

It may just be the image on the screen, but the end of the s-tail/underline looks slightly concaved. Am I making something out of nothing? Just wondering.

  10. Cam says:

Sort of like the major/minor change to the Padres logo this year

  11. Mike says:

Also looks like the ‘e’ has been fixed, flows a lot better than the 2010 logo.
